Rising Strong™ is the process of learning how vulnerability, courage and empathy live in the messy middle of your story. It is a way to see how they serve as tools to help you rise from a fall, overcome mistakes and live a wholehearted life. Based on the work by Brené Brown PhD LMSW a researcher at the University of Houston.
